Welcome to
The Video Library
If you have a video that has helped you in your recovery, please send me the link and I will add it to the library!!
One of the most important messages that I've tried to convey is to utilize every resource available to you, and to get creative with your recovery. Sometimes going outside the box of traditional recovery methods can bring so much value to the process.
How YouTube Can Help Your Recovery!
If you have a moment right now, close your eyes, focus on nothing but your breathing, and take three long, deep breaths. Inhale slowly through your nose, hold the breath for three seconds, and then slowly exhale through your mouth. Clear your mind, and focus on nothing but your breath. This will take less then one minute. If this is your first time doing something like this, then you might not feel too much of an effect. If you've done this before, then you might have a calm feeling instantly come over you. With most things in life that bring healing, it occurs with patience and persistence, which is why I love YouTube so much. Utilizing YouTube's free video library filled with motivational speakers from around the world, Qi Gong masters teaching their fine arts, Buddhist monks giving lectures about putting life into perspective, and so much more... and you can access it all for free on YouTube. I think it's obvious that the mainstream recovery methods just aren't enough, they may be a piece of the puzzle, but they aren't the full picture of recovery. Support is a wonderful thing - 12 step programs, SMART Recovery, group therapy, one-on-one therapy - this is all so important. But there is also something inside each one of us that is longing to be tapped into, an inner ability to heal and free your own mind and body.
My addiction cost me everything. I lost my family, my home, my future. Alone on the streets at the age of 17, forced to figure out how to overcome so many challenges within myself; addiction, depression, anxiety, PTSD, suicidal tendencies. I didn't have support, health insurance, housing, or any resources. However, this turned out to be the greatest blessing in my life. I was so desperate to overcome all of these challenges and was willing to try anything. Life's path led me from one holistic healing art to the next, and before I knew it I was witnessing a transformation within myself. I was and always will be a work in progress, as this has been a 29 year journey of healing and recovery, but I believe that with guidance and direction it may have gone a bit faster! Which is why I want to share as much information as I can here, to help those that just don't even know where to begin looking.
And where the search truly begins is from within...

Medicine
Ceremony
When working with Sacred Medicines, such as Cannabis, Ayahuasca, Iboga (Ibogaine), Psilocybin, Kambo, Rape`, Sananga, Bufo, and others, it is important to listen to ceremony music. These songs help to create a spiritual energy, they help connect you to the soul of the medicine, and they help to create a prayerful atmosphere so that you can set your intention and receive insight, guidance, and healing.
The second half of the above video list is a selection of music that can be played during ceremony, when using these sacred medicines in a solitary setting, or when meditating. These songs can be played anytime, whether you are working with medicine or not, as they have the ability to bring a complete shift in consciousness or in mood. Oftentimes these songs will invoke a variety of emotions and divine thoughts. In a sense, the music is also medicine.
Aho.
