Detox

The physical symptoms that are experienced when discontinuing the use of any substance, from coffee to opiates, are called Withdrawal Symptoms.  The process of eliminating the harmful substance/s from a person's body is called Detoxing. It's important to take your time and research all of the options available for safely detoxing your body.

Aftercare

Designing an aftercare plan is mandatory when preparing for a detox. Once the detox is complete, the next stage will be aftercare. There are many resources that can be added to an aftercare plan; some will be residential and intensive, and some will be designed around full-time jobs and demanding schedules.
