Breathwork

Cold Plunge
Cold plunge is the practice of immersing the body in cold water for short periods to support physical and mental resilience. This exposure can help reduce inflammation, improve circulation, boost mood through natural endorphin release, and strengthen the nervous system’s ability to handle stress, leaving you feeling refreshed, focused, and energized.

Meet Chris
Christopher Lewis once suffered through more than a decade of addiction, anxiety, and depression, but after discovering breathwork, cold plunge, and other natural healing practices, he transformed his life and is now dedicated to helping others overcome their own battles with addiction. As the owner-operator of Kenshō Studio, Chris brings both lived experience and professional training—including certifications in personal training, Reiki, and yoga—to his work. Following years of trauma and substance abuse that left his nervous system and overall health deeply compromised, he began a daily practice of breathwork and cold plunging, gradually restoring his mental, physical, and emotional well-being. What started as a search for relief evolved into a profound personal transformation, leading him to fully embrace holistic healing and ultimately step into leadership at Kenshō. Today, Chris is passionate about creating a supportive, community-centered space where individuals can heal, connect, and grow through breathwork, meditation, sound healing, and other transformative experiences. Clients also have the opportunity to work one-on-one with Chris at Kenshō, receiving personalized guidance and support on their healing journey.
